Here are a few quick things to bring about avoiding negativity from other people or situations. This is not the ultimate list but contains a few reminders of some basics. This is how to build a healthy soul.
1. Avoid critical conversations. Once you restrict on joining in with moans, grudges, put-downs and criticisms, you send a clear message that this is not to be a part of your life's movie. Besides, criticising something you don't like is similar to an advertisement for your own stupidity.
2. As above, so below. If you have a healthy self-esteem there won't be a need to join in with others who have negative, pessimistic views. If you are happy within, then this will be eventually reflected outside.
3. Helping others. Giving service, help, charity or clear positive actions to another person without wanting anything in return keeps your energy positive and also then attracts others with a positive energy.
4. You make the choices. If your work environment, relationships, friends or situations are negative and bringing your energy down, then remember that your have the power to change this through maintaining your positive actions, thoughts and words. You have the choice to remove yourself, too.
5. Add positivity. The deal is not only to reduce negativity but increase your own positivity. Seek like-minded people, exercise, meditate, eat well, upbeat music, fun TV or movies and smile can be all ways of increasing the energy you vibe and attracting new situations.
