Here are a few quick things about the power of Virgo and those who are born in Virgo. This is not the ultimate list but contains a few reminders of some basics. This is how to build a healthy soul.

1. Virgo is self-examination. The energy of this lunar month inspires people to look inwards, retrospective and want to develop. This is the time to look back on your life and want to change negatives to positives.

2. Virgo is the perfected self. Virgo can be on a journey of perfection but will tend to look at what is not right rather than the whole picture leading to being too critical rather than on a balanced journey to perfection.

3. An Earth sign. Virgo is very down to earth, diligent, reliable, caring and grounded. They are great with details and can see things that need attention that most would not.

4. The sense of action. Virgo is the sense of action and inner knowledge that through deeds of goodness one is always able rectify any blemished or broken state of the soul.

5. Virgo’s energy. Virgo shares being ruled by Mercury with Gemini. It is a central column energy. Mercury works on Virgo in a practical, useful, systematic way. They tend to be a little difficult if born in this sign due to there critical, judging nature of themselves and outside of themselves.

1. Remove attachments. Really become aware of what we are attached in our lives. It will be material things obviously first, but also start to look deeper at people, behaviours and thoughts.

2. Difuse expectations. Have no expectation of people, actions or situations. If we take out the pressure we can let things flow.

3. No agenda. Have no hidden agenda of why we do, say or partake in situations in our lives. Allow our lives to unfold in the moment.

4.  Take out outcomes. Create possibilities for what you want to happen but don't control the path. Be open in the journey to what want can happen.

5. Open up. Remember the big picture and allow the light to come in. Allow the creator's energy to flow into your life and flow through your desires. Get out of our own way!

Here are a few quick things to move you into the power of manifestation. This is not the ultimate list but contains a few reminders of some basics. This is how to build a healthy heart and soul.

1. Dream Big. Manifestation begins with your thoughts. Everything begins with an idea, dream or desire. Having your idea firmly in place is the first point to success.

2. Certainty. Always maintain your dream in your head. Negativity and doubt will creep in. It is good to say these negatives or write them down so you can understand what is happening and change your thought patterns to positives. When these negatives arise in your mind, close them out.

3. Consciousness. Always maintain the best of intentions, consciousness and ambitions. Strength in your will power will be a vital ingredient to your success.

4. The World of action. Thoughts and head space is very important however it is not enough. We must be proactive and focus energy in our day on developing these dreams. We must not place our actions elsewhere but solely into our goals a few times in the day.

5.  Sharing the result. There must be a willingness not to receive the manifestation for one's own purpose but to share with others and have the result sincerely benefit the greater good.

1. Control comes from within. When we relate to the world of our surrounding reality we need to tap into the energy, forces and unseen elements to give us the control we seek. The attempt to control the physical outside of us is impossible.

2. Control comes from choices. Control in our lives requires an ability to rise above our emotions, reactions and sudden urges and tap into our ability to be proactive in choice. We can change the outcome and our situation when we are empowered by control of our choices.

3. Being a cause. We have control when we are causing our lives. Controlling within will make aure we are not the effect of some else's thoughts, opinions, actions, emotions or words. When we push ourselves to rise above our reactive nature, we go to another level in our energy.

4. Not being a victim or hero. The moment we try to dominate over or succumb to external occurrences is when we loose control rather than gain. The paradox is to feel our reactive nature, notice it and then transform these  into a positive.

5. Taking responsibility. Once we are aware that control is a power we must internalise not externalise then we have responsibility and therefore the power to control the happiness, fulfillment, joy and peace we have.

1. Change isn't easy but it is rewarding. The moment we accept that we can change, we will change. If we want change, then we have the power to create change.

2. Change is in our control. Everything in our lives has the possibility of change. We can make the good things even better and the challenges into good. Everything in our lives is our responsibility and therefore ours to change.

3. Change requires certainty. Practising and accepting that we want to change requires us to remove all doubts within us. Change develops a sense of certainty and empowerment within us.

4. Who do you want to be? When we decide to change we go on a journey. The journey is a personal process. On that journey you have the opportunity to begin to the choices about the person we want to be.

5. Clear purpose. Always have in mind the big picture and what the end goal looks like. In the tough times of change and the journey, the purpose will keep us moving.

1. Gemini is ruled by Mercury. This means that Gemini is the sign of intellect and communication in the physical and, as such, have a strength for information, speed, talking, many projects on the go and knowledge across many different topics.

2. Gemini is speed. Gemini can be fast to the point of skimming and lacking depth in their life. As an Air sign, they like the stimulation. Gemini might find challenges in love with Earth signs as they may be too heavy and slow for a Gemini. Gemini will want to be on the move and adventurous for someone like a heavy Taurus or Capricorn.

3. Gemini and fusion. Gemini occurs during a time when we are building our possibilities for the next year which is a time to fuse the spiritual world with the physical. Basically, we can all manifest something new during this month and overcome something negative about ourselves in the process.

4. Twins of Gemini. Gemini is represented by the twins which represents the extremes of two worlds within. The good and dark and other dualities create a Gemini personality finding challenges, focus and balance or being calm very challenging. This leads to doubts and uncertainties. Focus is the key for Gemini.

5. Gemini's grounding. When a Gemini can overcome their nature, they find a better ability to cope and more satisfaction in life as they will be able to get roots, form deeper relationships, commit to what is in their life and settle their energy that can be very flighty. Here are a few quick things to help you overcome money issues or lack. This is not the ultimate list but contains a few reminders of some basics. This is how to build a healthy heart and soul.

1. Removing doubt. The first step is to remove any doubts that you can have money and abundance. You are the Boss, CEO, numero uno, MD and FDM (Final Decision Maker) about your financial situation. Life is the business you are running and prosperity is a state of mind.

2. Feeling of fulfilment. Money comes better when you earn it than when you are given it. Money that is earned from your own business and work has higher value. Therefore the more opportunities you create to earn it the better.

3. Three rules of sharing. Firstly when you receive money is to give some away - the more the better - until it is uncomfortable and illogical. Secondly, buy something nice for yourself. Then, pay your bills last (but do pay them !).

4. Appreciation and mind set. Money is a vessel for energy. The way you connect with it is how much you will attract. If you think you never have enough, can't afford, feel guilty or lack, then that's how it will be. Walk through stores thinking you can have  and change your mind set. The more you appreciate what it can do, the more options will come.

5. Practicality and accountability. Give some money away, save some, spend some and keep track of what you are doing with it. At first keep a daily budget and get it down to its minimum per day without being tight. Have a goal and commit this goal to yourself. In time, you'll see the universe start to match your new energy syncronicity with money.

Here are a few quick things to help you overcome ego. This is not the ultimate list but contains a few reminders of some basics. This is how to build a healthy heart and soul.

1. Ego is the opponent. The ego lives in the last place you would think to look. It resides within and is our greatest challenge.

2. Ego is many different things. Ego is not just arrogance but the whole array of negative behaviour that can be expressed. It can include anger, jealousy, shyness, low self esteem, failure gossiping, impatience and anything that can make you feel better at the cost of someone else.

3. The game of ego. The game of our ego is to beat it. It is to overcome these negative traits and reveal our true selves. If we can overcome our negativity, we can master our own lives and control our destiny.

4. Ego at work. The ego is constantly on the go and we must be aware of how we react to challenges and change. The work we have to do is change our reactions and become proactive.

5. Beat the ego. Ego sabotages our success. To gain the things in our lives we really want we must hear the ego and do the opposite no matter how illogical it seems. The illogical is the logical in getting what you want.

Here are a few quick things to bring about avoiding negativity from other people or situations. This is not the ultimate list but contains a few reminders of some basics. This is how to build a healthy soul.

1. Avoid critical conversations. Once you restrict on joining in with moans, grudges, put-downs and criticisms, you send a clear message that this is not to be a part of your life's movie. Besides, criticising something you don't like is similar to an advertisement for your own stupidity.

2. As above, so below. If you have a healthy self-esteem there won't be a need to join in with others who have negative, pessimistic views. If you are happy within, then this will be eventually reflected outside.

3.  Helping others. Giving service, help, charity or clear positive actions to another person without wanting anything in return keeps your energy positive and also then attracts others with a positive energy.

4. You make the choices. If your work environment, relationships, friends or situations are negative and bringing your energy down, then remember that your have the power to change this through maintaining your positive actions, thoughts and words. You have the choice to remove yourself, too.

5.  Add positivity. The deal is not only to reduce negativity but increase your own positivity. Seek like-minded people, exercise, meditate, eat well, upbeat music, fun TV or movies and smile can be all ways of increasing the energy you vibe and attracting new situations.
